ICAD Client Cedar Ridge Hosting Grand Opening

Cedar Ridge Winery and Distillery, currently located adjacent to Benz Beverage Depot, started construction on a stand-alone facility in the summer of 2009. The 7050 square foot facility with a 2500 square feet veranda will officially open to the public in time for the holiday shopping season. The facility is located at 1441 Marak
Road, in Swisher, Iowa along Highway 965.

The Grand Opening, featuring appetizers, music on the baby grand piano and product samples is scheduled for November 27, 28 and 29. Hours Friday and Saturday are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery regular hours will begin the following week after the Grand Opening. They will be open every week, Wednesday through Saturday, 11AM until 7PM and Sundays, 11AM until 5PM.

It’s always been our plan to make our products where we grow our grapes.” says Jeff Quint, President of Cedar Ridge Winery and Distillery. “We’ll now be able to host tastings, work on new products and provide the corridor with a new and picturesque location for destination tourism, receptions and special events.”

The new winery and distillery will house production for the Cedar Ridge family of products including Cedar Ridge Wines and Sprits as well as Clearheart Spirits. The facility is also available for both corporate and private events and boasts a professional-grade catering kitchen.
