ICAD February Investor Council Meeting Set

The world of corporate site selection is changing.  Today's selection consultants want more than aerial photos on the web.  Increasing competition requires marketed sites to be 'Shovel Ready Sites' with pricing, terms, proper infrastructure and zoning established. Our sites must stand out from other pieces of agricultural land found anywhere in the Midwest. 

 

To ensure our area stays proactive and forward-thinking on this development issue, the Iowa City Area Development Group invites you to a discussion on planning and developing the Shovel Ready Site concept and how it might work in our market.
