Local MBA Program Rated Among Best in Nation

University of Iowa Tippie MBA ranked among best values

A survey by BusinessWeek magazine shows that an MBA from the University of Iowa's Tippie School of Management is one of the best values in management education.

The survey also ranks the Tippie MBA as one of the top 45 full-time MBA programs in the country and found that alumni think Tippie faculty to be outstanding teachers.

The survey was published in this week's issue of BusinessWeek. It ranks the Tippie full-time MBA as the second best U.S. school in the category of Return on Investment, which measures how long it takes to earn in additional salary the cost of tuition. According to the survey, typical Tippie MBA graduates pay off their tuition with additional salary in 3.32 years. The Tippie MBA is ranked seventh internationally in the category.

Overall, Iowa was ranked among the top 45 management schools in the U.S. and among the top 20 public schools.
