Job Seeker Workshop February 8

Bill Humbert hosts “Dynamics of Your Job Search During a Recession” 

The Iowa City Area Development (ICAD) Group is hosting a networking ‘how-to’ workshop for area job seekers on Tuesday, February 8, 2011, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in meeting room A of the Iowa City Public Library.

The event is free and does not require pre-registration.

This 90 minute workshop and presentation, titled “Dynamics of Your Job Search During a Recession,” will be hosted by Bill Humbert.  Humbert is the author of the recently published “Recruiterguy’s Guide to Finding a Job” and the website www.recruiterguy.com.

“The most effective way to find a job during a recession is through networking,” said Humbert, whose Park City Career Network in Park City, Utah, has helped nearly 50 people find new jobs since late 2009.
