Pitch and Grow Scheduled for May 18

The University of Iowa John Pappajohn Entrepreneurial Center "Pitch and Grow" is scheduled for Friday, May 18, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. at the University of Iowa BioVentures Center.

Entrepreneurs will pitch their businesses to a supportive group of peer CEOs, CIOs, business develompent experts, and industry professionals.  These "think tanks" will then provide constructive feedback in areas such as fundraising, value proposition, business plan, management team, strategy, sales, marketing and support.

Guests are also invited to sit-in and gain ideas for their own companies.  Networking opportunities will also be made available.

Cost to attend is $25.  Students can attend for free. Check-in opens at 7:30 a.m.  Advance registration is available online through the Technology Association of Iowa, at technologyiowa.org.
