Regional economic development partners in Iowa’s Creative Corridor are hosting an informational workshop for companies interested in learning more about the importance of culture in the workplace.

Topics such as company identity, structure, behaviors and practices will be addressed.  The leadership team from Hagie Manufacturing of Clarion, Iowa, along with local business leadership, will provide a panel discussion and lead breakout sessions on their culture transformation.

All levels of leadership, including hiring managers, human resource departments and business executives are encouraged to attend. The event is open to all area businesses, but will focus on the unique attributes of the manufacturing environment.

The workshop is presented by members of the Corridor Alliance, comprised of regional economic development groups and utility partners; Kirkwood Community College and the Advanced Manufacturing Sector board.
